Accident of Vishal 8 year old boy, Visited the spot

There was an accident near SSK Bhavan, Rampura, where a 8 year old boy Vishal died on the spot due to road accident by a vehicle carrying cement bags, I assure the family of all the help possible in this regard. I visited the spot, the police arrested the driver.
