Bhastrika Pranayama:
Bhastrika is a powerful exercise, which is a combination of Kapalabhati and Ujjayi.In Sanskrit `Bhastrika` means `bellows`. A characteristic feature of Bhastrika is Rapid succession of forcible expulsion.

Kapal Bhati Pranayama
`Kapal` means forehead and `Bhati` means light. Therefore, Kapal-Bhati refers to that exercise which makes the forehead lucent and burnished. To Swamiji “dharti ki sanjivini hai kapal-bhati pranayam” and that it “cures all diseases of world”.

Bahaya Pranayama
Bahya Pranayama or External Kumbakha is the holding of breath. In this pranayama, the breath is held back outside for a longer duration than inhalation and exhalation. The ratio of inhalation, exhalation and retention is 3: 6:12.

Anulom Vilom Pranayama
is breathing exercise where one inhales through one nostril and breathes out through another. Anulom Vilom pranayam is considered to have benefited for the people with Heart ailments, high blood pressure, heart blockages, depression, migraine pain, asthma, sinus, and allergy.

Bhramri Pranayama
